Booking & Other Policies at A Bay Hideaway
A Bay Hideaway wants your stay with us to be a relaxing and stress free as possible. To book your vacation at A Bay Hideaway please call us toll free at: 1-866-740-5679

- Adult oriented, not suited to children under 12, please inquire
- No pets please
- A Bay Hideaway is a Non-Smoking Inn. If you choose to smoke in the Suites, we reserve the right to charge $750 for cleaning fees. ~ smoking is permitted outside at patio tables
- Check in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m. but please phone us if you will be later than 9 p.m.
- Check out time is no later than 11:00 a.m. (We reserve the right to charge $50.00 per hour for late checkouts)
Deposits for A Bay Hideaway
- A deposit of one nights room rate or 50% of nights reserved (whichever is greater including spa treatments, packages and in-house Chef services) is processed at the time of reservation to guarantee booking.
- Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit. We will honor your reservation by not offering your dates / room to anyone else.
Cancellation Policy for A Bay Hideaway
- For the AMETHYST SUITE, our cancellation policy is 14 days advance notice; so please call at least 2 weeks ahead of the date of your stay if you need to cancel your reservation with us.
- ANTONY/CLEOPATRA VILLA and PACIFIC REFLECTIONS VILLA: Cancellation requires 30 day advance notice.
- A $50.00 Administration Fee applies to all cancelled reservations.
- A full refund of the deposit, less the $50 Admin. Fee, will be returned to you when you provide us with timely notice of cancellation. If you cancel with less than the required number of days notice, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking. We will issue a full refund (less the $50.00 Admin Fee) provided we are able to rent the room(s) to another guest for the entire reserved period.
- 14 days also applies to guests requesting to make their reservation to a later date.
- 14 days notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay.
- No-shows and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights/packages reserved.
Since our Sunshine Coast BC Accommodation cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a hotel, we recommend you consider TRAVELER’S INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR VACATION.
